Our orders are prepared on demand, and we strive to deliver them to the shipping carrier within an average of 1-7 business days. We work with reputable shipping companies such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, GLS, and Royal Mail.

We select the shipping carrier based on location, ensuring the best price-performance ratio and shortest delivery time. The delivery period to customers usually ranges from 5 to 23 days, depending on the location and product preparation time. Once the orders are handed over to the carrier, we provide our customers with a tracking number within two days.

Return Policy:

Customers have the option to return the purchased items within 7 days of receipt. If there is a problem with the product, we cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or send a replacement product according to the customer’s preference. However, if there is no issue with the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. We kindly ask customers to inspect the package upon delivery and report any issues to the courier by preparing an official report. This process is mandatory for damaged items. In cases where the product does not reach the recipient due to the shipping company’s fault, we arrange a new shipment at our expense.

Exchange Policy:
